I was also thinking of brewing a beer and adding hops after flameout for 30 minutes, then chilling to 170f and adding additional hops for another 15-30 minutes.<br /><br />I'm mostly trying to figure out how to get that resinous-tongue puckering mouthfeel like Sierra Nevada gets and I don't quite get it with the 30 minute hop stand so far, but its close.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
